Your hair and earrings: one piece, another view
Loose, tucked back or tied up: a small mirror experiment can reveal different sides of the same earrings.

Begin without changing the earrings
Some mornings, familiar earrings create a different impression even before you change your clothes. The way you wear your hair can be part of that difference. Hair may form a background or cover part of an earring, while space around the ear can make the same shape more visible. Choose a favourite pair and a familiar top. Wear your hair as you normally do, then look from the front and slightly to the side. Can you see the whole shape, its lower edge or a detail that appears as you move?
Look again with a little more space
If it suits the way you wear your hair, tuck a little behind your ear. If that doesn’t work with its length or your preferences, simply turn your head and observe the space where the earring appears. There is no need to create a hairstyle for the exercise. If you usually tie your hair up, try that version too. A small form might become clearer, or a long line more visible. Consider when you might enjoy each effect. A detail that appears only occasionally through loose hair can be appealing as well.
Move from a still view to your day
After looking in the mirror, turn your head as you would in conversation and glance towards your shoulders. If you keep rearranging your hair, return to your familiar style and try different earrings that day. An experiment needn’t become a pose you must maintain. If you take photographs, one from the front and one from the side in the same light can be enough. Keep both views. Then describe how you enjoyed wearing your hair and the earrings’ place within that look in one sentence to return to next time.
