Not yet. You can browse the collection and save favorites. Sales will open once prices, product information and payment preparation are complete.
02How can OroFit help me?+
Tell OroFit about your style and what you are looking for to explore catalog pieces and styling ideas. OroFit’s style suggestions do not confirm sizing or anatomical suitability.
03Will OroFit remember me?+
If you enable memory, OroFit can remember your name or nickname, style and category preferences, and the last 24 messages from subsequent conversations in the same browser. You can delete your memory within OroFit. Your messages are still processed with OpenAI to generate responses when memory is off.
04How do I choose the right piercing size?+
Inner diameter, bar length and gauge are different measurements. If you are unsure, ask a professional piercer rather than deciding from a photo alone.
05Where can I find material and certificate information?+
Verified information will appear on each product’s page. While stone and certificate details are being completed, we do not present unverified features as confirmed facts.
06What are the shipping and return terms?+
Delivery areas, shipping fees and the return process will be published on the Shipping and returns page before sales open. Orders are not currently accepted.
