Do I need an account to talk to OroFit?
No. You can try OroFit without an account. Oro Profile asks separately for permission to remember your visual preferences; it offers options to try it in this browser or continue with an account.
Does submitting a request mean I have placed an order?
No. A request is not an order, payment, quote or production approval. Product sales are not yet open. The Source and One pages show the current status of applications.
How do I know my message was saved?
When message intake is open, a successful submission gives you a tracking number. You can follow its status in My requests using the same browser. No automatic email is sent; deleting cookies or switching devices affects your access to this list.
